Welcome to our hotel reservation and payment website (“Site”). By using this Site, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Agreement”). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for using this Site. Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Site.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using the Site, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, please do not use the Site. We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for changes.

SITE USE

The Site is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You may not use the Site for any other purposes without our prior written consent. You agree not to use any device, software, or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site. You agree not to take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Site’s infrastructure.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS

Through the Site, we provide an online platform for you to make hotel reservations. When you make a reservation, you agree to pay the full amount of the reservation, including any applicable taxes and fees. You also agree to the hotel’s terms and conditions, cancellation policy, and any additional terms and conditions imposed by the hotel. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the information provided by the hotel, including but not limited to, the availability of rooms, rates, and amenities.

PAYMENT

We accept various forms of payment for hotel reservations, including credit cards, debit cards, electronic payments and cash through a third-party payment gateway service(“aggregator”). By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method you have provided. You authorise the aggregator to charge your payment method for the full amount of your reservation, including any applicable taxes and fees.

CANCELLATION AND CHARGES

1.⁠ ⁠You may cancel or change your reservation subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy, as given below –

a. Any cancellations made within 2 hours of booking are fully refundable.

b. Cancellations made beyond 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date are fully refundable.

c. Cancellations made less within 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date will be charged the entire amount of the booking.

d. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

e. Please note that refunds (if applicable) may take up to 5-7 business days to be processed, depending on mode of payment used at the time of reservation. Payments made via PG (Razorpay) will incur a cancellation fee of 2% + GST of the original booking amount.

2. We reserve the right to cancel or modify your reservation at any time due to circumstances beyond our control.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by us, our licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or your inability to use the Site. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the information provided on the Site. We do not guarantee the availability of any hotel or the accuracy of any hotel information. In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action arising out of or relating to this Agreement exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable reservation.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us, our affiliates, and our respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement or any activity related to your account by you or any other person accessing the Site using your account.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Government of India only.
